I am a Bookkeeper and my computer is an essential tool of my business. lan did his upmost to keep my old laptop working but when it came to the stage where it was checking the hard drive on a daily basis, he advised me to back up and consider a new laptop.After a short interview, lan understood my business and personal requirements for a laptop andknew I needed reliable hardware, quick performance, adequate disc space for the business programsand simple menu options.lan made a recommendation for the product he thought would suit me and explained the reasons why. What impressed me about his recommendation is that he did not try to upsell me to something I did not need, and assured me that the product would deliver what I needed it to do. The turnaround from the product arriving and lan transferring my software (with some other specific requirements) was 48 hours.Two days later he contacted me to ask how things were going, and if I had any issues he could help me with. I'm sure he's great .but if your computer is over 3 years old he won't touch it .. so just call someone else. I would have paid what ever he wanted. Oh well
