Complaint re Adcorp Property Management ages ago, but not heard from anybody. Assume the REI just backs up members and not interested in hearing/dealing with real estate agents issues customers experience.

Rang REISA last week for a general query and the person who answered my call was definitely not interested in helping....don't waste your time ringing them for any advise!!if there was an option of negative rating, I would have given that!! useless....

I was required to contact Paul Edwards during the current COVID lock down for direction regarding a new tenancy during this difficult period. Paul was available to both the tenants and myself to help clarify the situation for us with a happy outcome ! Thank you Paul, your assistance was appreciated and your industry knowledge is very valuable !

Do yourself a favor, study real estate anywhere else. Staff at this institution come cross as very condescending, unsupportive, they will find the smallest things to have you resubmit your work, refuse to provide help or guidance, they expect you to understand everything just by reading the textbook on your own.

We were pleased to have a visit from Greg Troughton, CEO of REISA seeking feedback on the REISA training course. Our impression is that our team member who recently completed a Certificate 4 at REISA found it a challenging yet a very valuable learning experience. As the Agency Principal I believe that the training had a favourable impact on the employee's performance.

Do the online course and expect to finish it on time. The trainer always ask to fix every single mistake in the assessments. Have to resubmit again and again for just few errors. Also, some questions required to write for 15-20 words. But the trainer feedback always ask for more clarification and explain. And found it so ridiculous.

The REISA certification for property management is awful. Their software for the delivery of the content is poorly designed and makes it hard to study on your own terms (can't use without internet and can't print pages). Every other institution seems to manage this ok. It seems like their 'trainers' don't actually have a deep understanding of how to educate people, or design a system that helps and encourages learning. Instead they are very pedantic and demoralising. Stick to the legal side of real estate and get someone else to deliver your training. Anyone who gives their courses a better review obviously work for REISA

When it comes to training, REISA is terrible. They obviously have no idea about teaching/learning/training. They also waste a lot of time by nitpicking tiny mistakes, and asking for amendments, rather than having a proper grade or pass standards. To access their system, you have to be connected to the internet, which is not good for studying while traveling. It is also not possible to print out a pdf, which is not helpful. They could come up with any reason they want, but almost any other course would have that option, including UNIs and TAFE.

Belligerent, condescending misogynist Peter talked over the top of me. They protect their members' bad behaviour. I see the issue is a Top Down process. Can't wait for the response defending his verbal abuse of me on the phone
