Beibg short staffed is only the beginning of their problems, I have never seen a dirtier MacDonald's, it looked like there was no manager on duty and it was being run by kids....who laughed and joked with their colleagues, Im all for fun at work as long as work is also being done. One female staff member found it more important to flirt with her male coworkers and seemed to ignore customers completely. One man demanded a refund as he'd waited a ridiculous amount of time for his order and she looked incensed by his request. I'd always thought McDonalds staff had a great work ethic.....but they failed last night. Whoever owns and runs this particular store is not meeting even the basic McDonald's standards. We only ordered three thick shakes this time, but are regular holiday visitors, we are not likely to bother with them again.

Peninsula link south bound, Ordered meals at 12.10am ( 3 cheese burgers, 1 quarter pounder & 1 chicken burger seriously not a complicated order") at 12.50am with only 6 customers our meal is ready minus the chicken burger and no meat patties in the cheese burgers hahahaha "what a disaster" this franchise has no right to be trading

45+ minute wait for a frozen coke and a soft serve order. Saw my order appear on the preparing dashboard and then disappeared 10 minutes later. Asked about what had happened, staff said they don’t have any VANILLA soft serves, only chocolate (???). They quickly rushed and put the order together in less than a minute.

Friendly staff and thats it, extremely slow service especially through drive through and they can't separate the egg and shell correctly, need proper training here

The nuggets were hot, fresh and delicious and the cajun sauce was on point. Yum!The strawberry milkshake was really nice too.Efficient drive-thru service.

The staff is extremely rude, kiosk don’t have receipt. Over work is causing delays. One is the worse customer service at this point. McDonald’s really need to work on their staff at this place. Specially the lady at the coffee shop. She is extremely ride really unfit to work at customer facing places.

One hour in drive through today a quarter of a tank of petrol later. Wouldn’t give our order for free. Long queues of cars all should have been given food for free. Unfortunately once you turn into drive through there is only one way out. Apparently they had system’s issues. They should have shut up shop. Absolutely not good enough. On top of that our order was wrong! Disgraceful customer service. Manager totally inexperienced had no idea. Could hear kids in other cars screaming. Poor poor form! Next time going to kfc!

Wow. McDonald's is usually about attention to detail. But not this one. Self-service kiosks are on the blink. Two cars in the drive thru that are going nowhere. Barristers not calling out when drinks are made. Pretty poor.

Would give this Maccas 0 stars if I could. The girl taking our order was incredibly rude over the speaker then gave us the wrong order. Iced coffee was warm and had no ice (it literally has ‘ice’ in the name?!?), chips were cold, no sauce that we asked for and no drink with our meal. Also asked for another iced coffee 3/4 full, she made it full then when we said that we asked for it 3/4 full she just tipped some of it out and handed it back to us alongside a huge amount of attitude. We politely asked her to make it again properly because we wanted a whole coffee shot but less milk, and she acted as though we were asking her to go milk the cow herself. She should not work in customer service and I see there have been similar complaints so it would be nice for management to do something about it
