Great service. Good communication with the mechanic and he took the time to explain the repairs to me. After they'd finished, they did an extra little job for me without an additional charge.

Very poor experience!! Had a right side rear axle seal leaking. But they pulled apart the left side as well. Now I have brake issues with the left hand side that did not even need touching (cracked brake drum). They did try and fix but the shaking when I apply the brakes is still there and all they come up with was I need a second opinion from another mechanic. Their customer service was extremely poor and didn’t even apologise! Do not recommend!!!!

Highly recommend the guys at Automotive Solutions. Had vibration through the car, some body and internal trim needing fixing and a noise that needing diagnosing in the engine bay and they sorted all of it promptly. Thought the labour charge was also very fair and that the guy in the front office was also very helpful.

Worst service and dont recommend for ac issues. They replaced my ac compressor, condensor, drive belt, tx valve and regassed for $1600... to have ac for 15 mins. When i reported it not working, they couldnt work out the issue and I was told that they are not ac specialists and to go elsewhere. I got a second opinion and was told that issue is all due to the system not being flushed before fitting the new parts and would need all new parts, AS confirmed they didnt flush and did not offer a solution.

Really great, affordable, quality service and repairs done to my suspension and steering. Michael and the Team at Automotive Solutions are very friendly and have great workmanship, communication and honesty. It was very nice that Michael took the time to explain the service and repairs to me and they were very easy to work with. Would highly recoment this garage, very satisfied.
