Fantastic picturesque views over Sugarloaf Reservoir. A little gem off the highway not far from Healesville. Wild animals and birds, comfortable covered bbq, dining or picnic spots. Lots of great parking.

It says there is wood BBQ but it wasn't! Otherwise just beautiful

Peaceful remote area with plenty of space. Electric BBQ is very limited however fire BBQ area is scattered round the picnic ground. There are paved tracks for wheelchairs, as well as disabled access to toilets. Water is available from rain water tank (not for drinking) You can walk down to the water servoir following a walking track.

First weekend out of lockdown, and this place is humming. A bit hard to find a park (mind you, mid afternoon, I'd known I'd be pushing it). All the facilities were in full swing with family groups.What I did discover was the immensity if this place. A number of major picnic areas, and a very comfortable road network. I'll be back another fine day, hopefully less crowded.

Ahhh the serenity. Sat by water, woulld have loved more seats with water views but still a great picnic location. Great to see families with kids on litttle bikes.

3 hours of walking trails, good views and plenty of kangaroos to see very close.
