We have been using this pharmacy for 5 years since we moved here and we have some complex medical problems and have been happy with the pharmaceutical advise we receive. Ownership has recently changed hands and we will not be going there again after having 2 prescriptions filled out. The purpose of having a community pharmacists on site is to receive service. Why is it that owners buy a great business then become absent and the locums have to fill in, we come from a hospital background so expect service. Someone else will benefit from our business due to this change.

Great customer services! Staffs are very friendly & helpful. I need to get a special product to be ordered in for me & they were be able to ordered in quickly without any issues. & follow up to make sure i know how to use it & everything. Highly recommend the service!

Price gouging on R.A.T tests. I was on a wait list then offered 5 for $80!National pharmacy Williamstown have 5 for $47.50...that's a big difference for two similar pharmacies.

Small pharmacy in our local shopping strip, but keep all essential products that you would need from a pharmacy. they also keep some nice gifts and kids toys for emergency purchase. the staffs are lovely and the Pharmacist is very helpful. Great service and highly recommend this pharmacy.
