The Heights Laser Dental Centre

I use to have a huge fear of dentist from previous bad experiences. Greg and hes team made me feel comfortable and for the first time i could sit in a dental seat and remain calm while having four different procedures on my teeth. The staff are courteous, caring, professional, skilled, and highly proficient. Furthermore, they have the most comfortable environment I have ever experienced, along with very affordable prices. Thank you so much.

I have been going to Dr Gregory Chang for the past 7yrs, prior to this I was a bit frightened of the Dentist to say the least lol, Greg is very gentle, friendly and very professional, he made me feel at ease and was very patient with me, I now go for a checkup every six month as feel totally at ease with going to the dentist. The surgery is very clean and the staff are great as well. :) Sonia

Dr Greg and his team are kind, caring, understanding and great at what they do. I would and have recommended Greg to anyone. I feel safe with Dr Greg which is so very important to me. I hadn't been to the Dentist in over 10 years before seeing Greg. I explained my past and my fears and he understood. He always checks in with me during appointments and gives me the control. Myself and my family have been going to the heights laser dental probably for 10 years now. Dr Greg and all the staff are amazing, past and present. Had another great experience at my last appointment!

The whole team at The Heights is very professional and knowledgeable yet has a personal touch. Dr Greg takes the time to explain things and ensures that his patient understands the recommended treatment plan. Erin at the front desk is exceptional at what she does and makes you feel at home the instant you step through the door. Highly recommended.

Dr Patel is great. I have never come across a more gentle dentist with such a friendly demeanor. The hygienists Mary and Jodie are both very thorough, but make you very comfortable.The girls at the front desk are also lovely and helpful.Highly recommend!

Thank you Dentist Greg and the team... what a lovely practice you have. I am a new client and had a first appointment on Thursday. Greg was very thorough going through my dental history, diet, habits etc to determine what dental care I needed. He even brought to my attention some things about my teeth/gums that I didn't even know about, or knew they were there and my previous dentist never said anything about it, so I assumed it was normal. Very happy I made the change. My 4r old daughter is already a patient and Greg is so fantastic with children also.

I have been attending this dentist for the past year and though I live in Yanchep I am happy to travel for the wonderful service. Dr Chang is incredibly friendly and professional as was his lovely nurse, Emma.I have seen the hygienist, Mary, for extensive cleaning and she made me very comfortable and was very thorough.Dr Patel looked after me for an emergency in which I was a lot of pain and I underwent a pain-free tooth removal.I would happily and highly recommend either Dr Chang or Dr Patel for anyone - especially if you are not a fan of the dentist, like me! The whole team makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. 5 stars from me - I will be a faithful patient :)

I have a severe aversion to any kind of dental procedures from trauma in my childhood, along with aversions to various sensations that make seeing a dentist very difficult. I don’t go unless I absolutely have to. But the staff here make the experience almost bearable.The nurses are very kind and thoughtful, and are good at distraction before anything begins. Both Dr Greg and Dr Aakash are friendly and supportive. They stopped at the smallest sign of discomfort or distress, and were okay to wait if needed. They got the work done quickly and on both occasions I thought a tooth would need to be pulled, but it was cleaned up and filled expertly instead.Thank you, Laser Dental, for being part of the government access scheme so that I am able to go here and get such first class treatment. And thanks to Dr Greg and Dr Aakash for being such understanding practitioners.

Thank you very much Greg and your wonderful team at The Heights Laser Dental Centre over the last couple of days for making my problem with a tooth abscess and extraction a priority and with care second to none.Both my wife and I appreciate it very much, not only just over the last couple of days, but since us both regularly coming to your dental centre for annual/bi-annual checkups and other treatments starting from the early 2000s. I would highly recommend this place to anyone contemplating seeing a dentist.
