Lloyds Auctions, Melbourne

Lloyds Auctions has always shown me high standard customer service on every occasion that I've dealt with them. You can tell they really care about their customers. I will continue to go to Lloyds for all things auction as they make it easy for me and I love visiting to see the nice cars in the showroom! I would highly recommend to all my friends/family when needing to sell their stuff too!

Frustrating to say the least.I've spent 000's with Lloyds and in Jan 23 spent a considerable amount at the liquidation auction in Melb.A number of items were either broken, unable to be found, or incorrectly labelled in the auction description.I had two refunds due, one small amount was refunded almost immediately.The second, has taken 5 months, many emails and 10 phonecalls and an 'approved refund' due within 28bd(???) is now overdue the 28 business days.Sort it out Lloyds, rubbish service. Buyer beware.Edit:Submitted a VCAT application, sent to lloyds, refund received! What a drama

Biggest scammers I've seen. Taken my money months ago and not given it back and now not replying.. Constant lies and broken promises. I am going to be taking them to court following month if they do not sort this out within the week.

If you want to purchase an item and never get it you've come to the right auction site.Purchased a cable-crossover to help start my PT business. However they don't follow up with you to see if there's anything they can do to support you picking it up. Asked if I can pick it up and said I've run out of time. If that's the case then funds should be returned. Not a customer issue if there's poor customer service or their business model isn't efficient enough to get things right. Have reported to consumer affairs and looking forward to reviewing a refund. Buy a product you should receive it. If unable to receive it then get a refund or some form of credit.

DON'T BID AND DON'T TRUSTVery bad service whatever they give in the description, it doesn't same. But over the phone they say, Please read the description. So don't trust on them.I gave this matter to Consumer Affairs and VCAT , I hope that they will help me. But lloyds want to make money and do not care about the customer.

Lloyds Auction provided a really poor shopping experience. First of all, the description and the item are completely unrelated. Then, in order to avoid a refund, they played the circle and didn't delivery the jewellery at all. There are just scammers. Shopping with them is not recommended.Will request police and bank to resolve this problem.

After bidding on a Lot Listed with Lloyds i was surprised to find upon arrival not everything id won was there. only 80% of my lot was available.I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 2 MONTHS FOR A REFUND.would highly advise not to use their service unless absolutely necessary.All the remaining lots i purchased were fine but i saw numerous people who also were left in the same predicament as i was and had NONE of their lot available

I'm not 100% sure what gets on people's high horses to leave a bad review when I have nothing but good to say about Lloyd's.I put a bid on for a 1970' Camaro. Won it. Bought it. And Delivered.Everyone in the company I had spoken to in the process were amazing. From Brooke in Queensland calling me and keeping me in the loop. To then Bruce in Melbourne looking after me with how quick the delivery turnover was.Yes, the frustrating part was not being able to see the car in person before I could finalise the deal, but understandably being in lockdown due to Covid, we couldn't. I bit the bullet and went for it. And I won't ever turn back. The car is in amazing condition.Have your faith and trust in Lloyd's, as they're honest with you too.Big thanks to Bruce in Melbourne for looking after me. He was fantastic.

I've drooled over many of the Lloyd's auctions lots and woke up one morning thought ld throw my hat in the ring. Ended up with a beautiful Cadillac at an awesome price.The process was very smooth and simple. Bod on car , win car , pay for car, get car.But a special shout out to staff member Brittany Clerk who l believe is in the transport department. She was quick to reply to my endless questions and ease my nervousness around buying a car sight unseen , in another state. She always made the process of getting my new baby to me easy.Now to stay away until l pay off the ones l have...

STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. Nothing but criminal/crooks. Lloyds sold me a majorly damaged car without disclosing the damage before I purchased it. I only found out after the tow truck I sent to collect it couldn’t pick it up because of how damaged the car was. After countless calls and emails, they refused to issue a refund and not only that but have stated they’d be charging me for everyday the car stays with them to try and strong arm me into taking the majorly damaged vehicle they falsely advertised as functioning. I have never come across a worse business. They’re completely dishonest with no conscience or morals. If I had looked at these reviews, I would have known not to go near them, don’t make the same mistake I made. Avoid being scammed and purchase else where
