Good to find a decent panel beater. Got panels replaced and the work was great. Very competitive pricing and these guys understand quality of service. Would recommend.

Richmond Panels' service is excellent - they kept me fully informed, helped push the insurance company and were able to meet the deadline I needed. The car looked like new when I picked it up. Highly recommend them, shout out to Dean who was my main contact but everyone I spoke to was great.

Adam did an amazing job on my Maserati, corrected the front bar which was painted by another shop and a different color at that, even paid for lunch and an English breakfast tea whilst I was picking the car up. Awesome shop if you’re in the area.

Adam and Dean were wonderful. Service was quick, communication was clear and the work was beautifully done. They even checked up on how things are going after the repair. It doesn't feel like dealing with just a business, but with a friend. They were friendly and very helpful with detailed information about their work.I recommend their service as their goal is to provide what's best for their customers!

Couldn't recommend Richmond Panels higher! I had a fantastic experience with them!!The front/side of my car had been damaged from a crash and had some issues resulting under the hood as well. Dean and the guys fixed everything up for me at an extremely reasonable price - thousands lower than I was quoted at numerous other businesses! Which especially as a young woman we know can be very hard to find, as many will try to take advantage of us having less knowledge about cars. This was absolutely not the case here, I felt respected and seen eye-to-eye.They took really great care of my car and kept me in the loop along the way, even working extra days over the Christmas holidays so it would be ready for me asap. Super highly rate these guys, wanted to upload my review much sooner but life got in the way as it always does haha. Thanks again legends!!

Could not thank these guys enough..Adam& Dean were great to deal with. 2 weeks after my son moved to Melbourne he had an accident, not knowing where to go in Melbourne I called these guys, they went above beyond to help out. They kept him up to date with when it would be ready, customer service was 100% nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend.

I had someone run into me roughly end of November 22, and dropped my car in for repair with these guys and had the best experience. I'd never needed to see a panel beater before, and was a bit daunted by the whole idea of it but the guys here were phenomenal. Was put in a hire car immediately and had my car back to me well before Christmas which was so unbelievable to me. Couldn't recommend these guys more, their communication was A1 and if I ever need anything ever done again I'll be back for sure.

The guys at Richmond Panels are the best.Dean and Adam were absolutely great in helping me fix dents, scratches and paint discolourations in my car. They also did it for a very competitive price and the car looked absolutely fantastic after the body work.I should particularly appreciate their efforts in contacting the insurance company to get everything sorted out as it takes ages for me to actually speak with someone in the insurance company and also being able to deliver my car back on time.Could not recommend them enough to look after your precious car.Thanks guys for making my car look brand new!
