Absolutely phenominal service and a massive range of engine or chasis specific performance parts. Quick to answer the phone, and have super valuable advice. They are genuine enthuasts, and support local manufacturers and designers. No need to look elsewhere. Customer for life.

These guys used to be top notch but in the last couple of years have gone down hill. Last 3 orders I done with these guys one of which was pretty considerable have gone wrong, parts displaying in-stock when they arent, packages arriving with things missing or the wrong parts. On one occasion even the parts they sent to fix the first issue were wrong so I didn't even bother chasing it again if they get it wrong twice. They are 50/50 on responding in a reasonable time frame when you have an issue, you might get a response in half an hour or it might be a week or not at all. Maybe they got to top of the parts suppling game, got lazy and dropped in quality. Maybe the team has gotten too large and unorganised. I'm not sure but I would advise steering clear and shopping around elsewhere.

Recently purchased two orders from Golbeys Parts. Staff have been fantastic to deal with. Called them for advice multiple times and they always have time to talk me through things properly.In particular Daniel helped me with a manifold issue. He had great communication, was happy to help and even gave me a huge sticker when the item was posted back to me.10/10 great service

Shoutout to Jordan, answered all my questions quickly and let me know what parts were in stock and ETA’s if I wanted to wait was able to swap them out with in stock parts to get my delivery shipped straight away, made payment on Wednesday got it today and couldn’t be happier, will be back!

Brilliant service. They originally supplied the wrong bush and even before I gave them the tracking number for the ones I was to send back, they were shipped (thanks Jordan!). Will use them again for sure.
