Love the self serve conveyor belts, they make doing a big shop super easy!The shops tends to be a bit messy and shelves poorly stocked at times so takes longer to find what I want

Be careful of what you purchase at Coles...i have added photos of products that should be taken off the shelves at Coles Craigieburn. Stay away from the cheese if they look like the ones in the photos as they are spores/dots awaiting to turn into mould. The cheese can make you sick. Also check your fruits as the berries in the photos speak for themselves. The manager is aware of both these issues but does not want to address them. The issues have been reported to Coles headoffice and also the council but again both are ignoring the substandard foods that are on the shelves.

Very good customer service in person. Phones are never picked up. Stock is good. Left items and they were found and kept for my pick up later.Lots of parking as it’s at the Craigieburn central mall.Recommended

As such the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission has been notified and a formal complaint lodged

Everything was going well until we had the unpleasant experience of dealing with an incredibly abusive worker (Susan). First of all, she yelled at us when we didn't know her register wasn't open. Then she yelled at her coworker and we felt so uncomfortable. We just put the not open register" sign in a basket then she yelled at us and spoke ill of us

Absolutely disgusted!! The guy that brought out my groceries was so rough and in a rush, just throwing the bags in my boot and damaging my items! Pathetic service!!

Every time go into Coles Craigieburn I always have trouble getting no sugar soft drinks they have heaps of sugar drinks , being a diabetic I like my soft drinks when I can get it I wonder who does the ordering maybe they need to walk there lanes a bit more .

Wide range of products. Fresh fruits and vegetables as well. Easy to find what you're looking for. Prices are probably 5% higher than some other stores. Don't rely too much on staff to answer your questions, try to find it yourself it's easier. Don't forget to scan your Flybuys card.
