Ladies and gentlemen!!! I had my hair cut and styled today at crysalis in cooks hill by their apprentice Natasha. She was friendly, gentle, gives the best head massage and she really just wanted to do a fantastic job, which she has done... top marks huni!!!! So happy with it!!!

Hands down one of the best Hairdressers I’ve ever been to. Their service is detailed and has all the right personal touches that other salons don’t.The atmosphere is calm and their staff are so lovely you can’t help but be happy.I had Maddy (sorry if incorrect spelling) and she was so enthusiastic, passionate and professional. I felt understood and loved how she envisioned what was best for me.Cannot recommend this business more. You won’t regret it!

Best haircut experience I've ever had. I'm just a regular dude who went in for a simple haircut and I can easily say these guys not only gave me an amazing head massage and haircut but they really made my day with their level of service and hospitality. The new venue is beautiful, the staff are unbelievably welcoming and friendly and to top it off, the tea is great :)

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. Serena was so kind and encouraging when I needed to have a foot taken off my extremely long hair. She understood how difficult it was for me to let it go and made me feel beautiful and polished for the first time in many years. Can’t wait to come back and be pampered again soon.

went there to get a 90s full blowout and its has no volume at all and smothered in hairspray so its really strawy. could have done it better myself

I have used this salon for years now and have only ever received fantastic service. The staff are always very welcoming and attentive, Lauren who's typically on reception is always bubbly and full of conversation creating a positive environment within the salon. Liam who has been hairdresser and stylist for years now, has a wealth of experience and has always been very mindful with what I am trying to achieve whilst also offering his creative professional thoughts.They also provide delicious brownies and tea!

My daughter and I have been going here for several years but unfortunately won't be returning. In the past 12 months, I have spent $1,580 at this salon. I was running late for an appointment due to an inability to find a car park as advised to the receptionist but was so rudely spoken to by the same receptionist who cancelled my appointment for being 16 minutes late. Having never been late to an appointment before, I was shocked by the tonality and approach. Every time I have visited this salon in the recent past, this same receptionist has forgotten my drink order, made me wait for up to 15 minutes to be served while she was out the back" or rushed me to pay before my foils were even out of my hair. Constantly rude and condescending in her tone and approach. Additionally the prices seem to increase every time

Had a cut and colour done here by Maddi yesterday and I was very impressed with everything. She was super lovely and my hair looks amazing. I love the fact that the salon is eco conscious, and the massage chairs in the shampoo room are a fantastic touch! It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. I can't wait to return!

Such a relaxing and serene atmosphere. Everyone there is so lovely & incredibly lovely. Laura is fantastic. She really goes above and beyond. 100% recommend!
