The Cat Salon

Been to them a couple of times to get my kitten’s nails trimmed and capped. They were late for all my appointments. One time I ended up having to wait for 40+ minutes. I learned how to do his nails myself so won’t be going back again.The positive thing is at least they did a good job with my precious kitten.

Purrfectly punctual.Far from the usual.A pleasure to watch.From the beginning to the end.Treated with love and respect.As you expect from a friend.Beyond my expectations.I will call them again.

My cat must have been THE most difficult cat to shave. But she still managed to do the lion cut very neatly, and she took her time and was very gentle around her sensitive areas. She was also offered treats (even though she didn't accept them) and they vacummed the area before they left! I'm very happy with the outcome, she looks so cute! Thankyou so much

I was charged $120 for 1h service without bath. It was done in 30mins .There were two persons to do the job but I was holding my cat till the end imaging the fur all over my clothes.Told her I would have bring extra clothes if she would have told me earlier that I need to hold my cat.The other person busy on handphone .The room was so hot literally I was sweating.* Actually she quoted $130 waived $10 and charged me $120.Find it’s expensive and not professional.

Great and experienced staff. My cat is usually very scared of water and was a bit tricky but they were very gentle and patient with her.

I was happy with the quick 1 hour service and I felt my cat was looked after properly while I wasn't there. The grooming was done to perfection. I will be back.

This was the 1st & last time I will visit this business.The service booked was for a deshed brushout with clip for 1 hr & 10 mins.Not only were they late (had to wait 25 mins in my car) they only took 25 mins to groom my cat.I understand things can happen on other jobs but they had to have known they wouldn’t be on time but didn’t contact prior.They ignored my advice that my cat had arthritis & put a cone on her when she retaliated from the pain. So much for gentle treatment. I was also charged extra for removal of knots & yet my cat didn’t get a proper groom.They also remove negative reviews which was discussed in front of me

Horrible experience, for both my cat and my wallet. Do not give this business your money.Edit: this has been my online username for over 20 years, it is perfectly valid. I'm also not usually inclined to complain, but going over the initial quote by 50 dollars, still trying to extort more money to dry my poor cat off (and when refused, left the poor cat sopping wet), not to mention that mobile grooming service" meant doing it on MY KITCHEN BENCH where I prepare food... very unprofessional."
