What a company to do business with, talk about going the extra yard and above the norm.We experienced a major problem with the compressor on our 100 litre beer fridge on the camp trailer just before departing for NSW beaches.Despite many phone calls to various organisations nobody could or would attend to us.A call to fridge air and aftersome discussions about our plight they made an appointment and turned up on time on the day.In no time they isolated the problem set about the repair and what should’ve been straight forward developed into major work.To their credit they stayed until it was running correctly many hours outside the allotted time and were most pleasant about it.We could not recommend this company high enough,.Do yourself a favour and use them for good old fashion service and expertise.

Speedy service and came equipped with all the right parts to fix our caravan air-conditioning the next day after calling.

Missed diagnosis Quoted $350 for components and repairs that didn’t need doing. Charged $100 for the diagnosis and all it was was a faulty 12 v power cord which was not replaced. Poor workmanship and even poorer customer service. No pun intended, but this sparky needs to also get the chip off his shoulder. Definitely would not recommend. Beware
