Pure and Simple, i can't fault this centre. My son has attended for a few years now after we had to remove him from another centre due to poor care. My son has Anaphylaxis, and the Chef and owner at PBH bent over backwards to ensure our sons safety.The different types of activities and excursions that they offer the kids are second to none and there is always something happening with in the centre.Personally this centre is 5 Stars

Given all the mixed reviews, I checked the place out for myself…long story short, they are not great. It appears that current parents and friends are writing reviews only to boost ratings up. I have seen far worse centres however, this one is not only expensive they do nothing different or better. I am not sure what the story is with all the reviews, I think ppl need to start rating these fairly. I rated this centre Fair, based on what I saw, the staff i spoke to and the impression I had when I walked in. Contact me if you want to discuss on Google+

An excellent center, Both my children have attended Pooh Bears House from being babies, my eldest is now in the Kinder program - thriving and loving it! My 2 year old is in the toddler room and her language and social development is incredibly advanced. The staff are amazing educators and the centre goes above and beyond the call of duty in every way. Both my children have attended several Incurious and excursions. Parents are kept fully in the loop with a fortnightly;y newsletter and parent chat nights are very informative. Highly recommended. My children and happy, safe and cared for in the best way possible.

Fantastic centre where the management and staff gives generously back to its clients and community. Lots of activities are offered here for the kids.

I have two children at PBH, my youngest started at 4 months and is now in the 3 Yr old Kinder program. My oldest is in the 4yr old Kinder program. I am on the Parents Committee and have been since they started. I think choosing a centre is a tough decision, it was for me. I can only praise the staff and management at PBH. I don't think anyone should be choosing a centre from a 'Google' review. People only ever write things when they have something to complain about........ Visit the centres in the area... see if they meet the National Accreditation!!!! I know PBH does. As for pricing....it is competitive with all the other centres. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for!

Pooh Bear is our favorite our everything she will share her honey love my little girl I never had.

Have been with Kim and the team at PBH since 2013 with both my children. Nothing but the best care and resources supplied. Could not speak more highly of them.
