Amazing people and dealership!I had a warranty issue whilst passing through on a work trip.. the team immediately fit me in and ordered parts and got the job done, as priority so I could get back on the road. They even assisted me with hotels and car hire options.. really helped me out.Will go back from Sydney just to get my car serviced.Thanks so much guys and gals!Awesome.

The service department are life savers. I had a fault on my way home from Orange to Wollongong early in the morning. They got my car in as soon as they opened, diagnosed and fixed the fault, and I was on my way before my 2nd coffee of the day. Pleasant and professional.

I would give 100 stars if I could. The staff here are so kind. When I was alone, terrified and stuck 900km from home, everyone was so friendly and caring to me. They worked so quickly to get me back on the road as soon as they could. I am so grateful to the wonderful folks at D & J Ford.

After wondering around the other car dealership in town for 25 minutes and not being attended to, it was such a pleasure to drive down the road to the local Ford dealer and be met with such enthusiasm. Jonare and the team at D&J Ford have been a pleasure to deal from the minute we drove in. The customer service was terrific and they also worked with my partner and I and managed to deliver everything we wanted in such a tight time frame. Hats off to you all, and we hope to do business with Jonare and the team again.

I had an oil leak (warranty issue) with my vehicle. I rang D&J and they fitted me in for investigation the next day. They diagnosed the fault, and when they learned that I was leaving on a trip the next week, they got it sorted asap (in time)!Thanks to the counter staff and especially Michael for sorting it all and keeping me informed.

D&J Ford at Lithgow is an excellent business. When my wife and I broke down on Jenolan Caves Road, we were very lucky to be towed back to Lithgow by Steve of D&J Ford, who is such a lovely bloke. Although our car is a Toyota, the team in at D&J Ford managed to source and fit a new alternator for us, and had us back on the road within two hours. Literally every single person that we dealt with at D&J Ford was helpful, friendly and professional. I am so impressed with this business and am extremely grateful to their excellent employees for the help that they gave us.

I don't understand the high ratings. The service provided to my car was appalling and expensive. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else for your service.
