Customer Beware!Everything is good with these guys until you have a problem.We engaged South East Flooring for our vinyl plank flooring. They laid the floor in two stages as we were renovating our house.Within months the vinyl planks started to open.We contacted David at South East Flooring and he said not to worry one way or another it would be fixed.Sometime later on,the floor distributor and a floor manufacturer came to our house and blamed it on us. They said the house had shifted. We have since had a master builder inspect who confirmed there are no signs of house movement, rather it was poor workmanship,also blaming the product supplier.We contacted David and told him we would go to VACT . He could not care less and said I will wait for the court date.His dismissive attitude had caused us great distress at a time we should be enjoying our retirement.David at South East Flooring has taken no ownership of fault for what I believe is there poor quality in laying out vinyl flooring.Shop for your floor needs elsewhere and save yourself the headache ! after you pay- they don’t want to know you.

Deposit paid for flooring to be installed coming Monday. No aCalls answered , no courtesy message .. scam beware !!
