Went and paid for 30 pack of panadeine forte after they tried asking me to get the 20 pack for sum reason i refused so i paid for the 30 pack loke i wanted it says 30 on the box but theres only 20 inside im in so much pain and need that 10 if u get your wisdom teeth pulled out go somewhere els d9nt flgo to epic pharmacy. That little screw up of theres have cause someone to be in pain pat yourself on the back

Never have I experienced such rude unhelpful staff anywhere like here, not only do they treat you like second class they contradict themselves. They have a power trip happening and they need to treat people better, some people are going through mental health issues so I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this pharmacy. I pointed to them out of date" stock which they took but was back on the shelf next day

As a Compounding Pharmacy I had to leave a script here, but it would have the most unhelpful rude staff, on entering the Pharmacy there is not a friendly greeting or face to be seen, I felt like was was an intrusion into their little cloistered world!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I've been to, I've never had a friendly staff member yet, rude and very unhelpful, stock is close to expiry date and they have limited range of things.

I have found there compounding service very useful.Some of the customer service has been rather short but only one person I think . Everyone else has been great !
