These guys understand that customers will return when they receive excellent service, and they don't just rely on simply selling a bike as a business model. They could teach many bicycle shops in Melbourne a thing or two about customer service. Not only did they allow me to fit some parts on the spot and lent me some tools to do it, they made me a coffee as well. I live some distance away but will bring my bikes here for servicing. Keep up the good work.

Was touring through Warrnambool and snapped my derailleur hanger. The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, they quickly identified the correct replacement hanger and offered to have it express shipped to the shop. Thanks!

Shaun and the team were a massive help for an issue with my bike over the Melbourne to Warrnambool race weekend. Nothing in it for them but they were happy to help out regardless. Highly recommend these guys. Cheers.

they aren't giving my bike back due to it being a dangerous bike because they keep putting a terrible and cheap derailleur on it. it has happened 3 times and you would think they would put a better one on but they havent. it went into service like 1 months ago and havent gotten it back

Hi Guys, thanks for helping out with some fine tuning on my bike for our Great Ocean Road ride. Appreciate the great service and the referral to Rough Diamond in town for some lunch while the bike was being worked on. Great tip also for the route to Port Fairy, loved it, so much better than riding the highway...... Bike ran faultlessly all the way to Coonawarra. Thanks again from your Sunshine Coast fans !

Had a good experience. Booked in for the gold service but they found cracked rims. Alas being 600ks from home didn't what to do but they had other types in stock and offered a good price. Care about what they do. Recommended. Also like the annual servicing idea.
