Rob at Centre of Wellbeing is just fantastic. I've been a number of times now and the massages have really helped alleviate my pain & soreness. Whether it's from sitting long hours behind a desk or a sporting injury that needs attention, I know Rob and his team will have the right advice for me. It's not everyday you come across someone who is genuinely interested in your overall wellbeing. A real gentleman who aims to treat the symptom and not just a temporary fix. Keep up the excellent work.

What a great place for a deep massage. Being an older person I love that you are given a massage that relieves all you tensions and then go into see the Chiropractor to work on all of your joint pain. You wake up the next day feeling alive and free of pain.Thanks Rob and Anna.

I’ve been going to Centre of Wellbeing on/off for the last 3-4 years, unfortunately it stops now due to poor service.I was told that I am putting the therapist at risk if I were to be seen, due to myself working during this pandemic and not self isolating or working ‘from home’.I was understanding at the start of this phone conversation, as everyone is entitled to their opinion - however...I then asked if he knew of any therapists around the area that would see me at this time - I was then given a lecture about how I shouldn’t be seen by anyone, and if anyone did see me that they are ‘mad’ and the reason this crisis exists...I’ve given you my business, I’ve asked for help when you can’t help me, and I’ve been shut down.Luckily I have found someone else who is happy to look after my chronic back pain so I can continue to work my essential job and help keep the economy afloat during these times.

A family run practice, the staff are very professional and an awesome way to keep your body in shape, centre of wellbeing offers sports massage, chiropratic, nutritional expertise for workers and sportsmen

I saw Robert tonight he was fantastic, very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Went in with a tight/stiff neck and back walked out feeling a new person. Highly recommend.
