Bodyhealz

Bodyhealz is a new addition to the Bodyworkz building. I was originally a member of Bodyworkz only, and when they opened Bodyhealz I was really happy that they included Bodyhealz in the Bodyworkz membership – it’s such great value, it includes yoga, pilates, and pilates reformers. The building itself is brand new and is beautiful. Would definitely recommend sitting on the deck and catching up after classes. There are a whole range of new instructors who are seriously so lovely. In all, I would definitely recommend.

My wife dragged me here for some 'pampering & self-love' on our weekend away.Visiting here was totally the best way to start the weekend in Byron, and seriously the nicest, cheeriest team of Yogis and helpers!We did the Yin Yoga class then went for a spin the blue airpod thingy (forgotten the name), it's like a big cryogenic tube from a sci-fi movie - I had only seen them on US movies before.Anyway, came out of BodyHealz so relaxed and clear headed... It was the absolute best way to start our lazy Byron weekend.Thanks team, I really enjoyed coming in, let us know when you are ready to expand down Sydney way, I'm your first customer!

What a beautiful space! The hydroxyl air pod is amazing, I have never felt so rejuvenated!!!! The staff are friendly and helpful and everything is super clean.

Finally an establishment in Byron I can go to get a little tranquility, superb service and equipment nobody else offers in the area.That hydroxyl oxygen tank after a sauna made me feel amazing! The perfect place to unwind and recharge after a workout at bodyworkz!

What an amazing space! Super large , airy room with wooden floor boards and high ceilings, and windows all down the side to look out or the trees, very zen ..… and the best reformer machines you will find in Byron. The instructors for reformer and mat pilates, as well as yoga, are sensational and super knowledgeable. So many class times to choose from! And so cheap as well. I almost don’t want to post a review as i don’t want them to become too busy, but they really deserve the praise. The mix of peoplewho attend is really good too, both young and hip and a lot older like me!The infrared sauna and hydroxy therapy are really great too. You feel amazing after.And no other gym offers membershipto both the gym, gym classes AND reformer pilates/yoga as well, all on the same membership. Bargain…..
