Honest and reliable. Couldn’t speak any more highly of the service and care. Told me exactly what my car needed and didn’t try to rip me off with extras like the big car dealerships inevitably do when you get your car serviced. Will definitely go back.

Log book service carried out very professionally, very happy

They performed a log book service, very pleasant and polite staff, kept me updated and completed the service earlier than I have requested. I am more than happy to recommend Ultra Tune Claremont.Update: Just dropped in without booking and asked for a battery test. It was done immediately and crucial to my safety was my car actually needed a new battery. Most appreciated

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Ultra Tune with Bruce.Good experience for the servicing of my car (good, efficient, could adjust an appointment very fast, drained the radiator, added new coolant,...)Less good experience about the aircon problem. I had the feeling it was less his field and he told me I had to replace the whole compressor and actually another mechanic fixed that really easily adjusting the belt and it fixed the problem so far.He should just have told me to go and see someone else instead of telling me twice that he would call me back and never did. He was probably really busy though so I don't really blame him. Thanks for the service anyway :)
