You will be surprised just how fresh and crispy these bahn mi rolls are! Ate it too fast to take a photo because it was so good, very delicious 1000% worth a try :)

The owner is so lovely! And the Bahn Mi’s are not only relatively cheap compared to other places but have ten times more flavour and are very generous on the crackling (my personal favourite). It’s addicting I highly recommend stopping by this hidden gem just to try it you won’t regret!

Bbq pork was pretty average. Crispy pork was decent with good crispiness. Ok flavours, but lacking in the fresh crusty/flaky roll, and extra tasty fillings.Ok for the beaches as not many choices in good Vietnamese, but certainly could improve, especially at ten bucks a pop.Would give them another try to see if it was a one off.Can be a tough spot to find a close park too.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered a couple of dimmys and a bahn mi crispy pork roll. The dimmys were excellent, $5 for two. The crispy pork ($10) was good although the filling was light on quantity of ingredients and the roll slightly stale. Great find though and I do recommend stopping by, it’s one of those places that feels like you’ve discovered something special. I’ll be back for lunch again

This is the best Bahn Mi on the northern beaches. The staff are so friendly and cheerful and the service is second to none. Do yourselves a favour and try it!Carole & Glen

Food is okay.Service too slow.Tried Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi flavours were okay, not enough filling.I have also tried Lemongrass Tofu rice paper rolls also didn't have enough filling and as soon as you bite into them they fall apart flavours were also okay but not the best.I had to wait for 30 minutes at lunch time, which is not workable for a week day lunch if you've gotta get back to work.

Not bad, but not amazing. Good value for money at $8 a roll, but flavour and quality of ingredients could improve a bit. Quick service, all in all a good spot for banh mi.

Banh Mi Bay Cafe
Tried a chicken banh mi today, it was fresh and full of flavour! Staff were on point with service and I noticed the cafe was a hit with the locals around lunch time, deservedly so! Will visit again when I'm in the area for sure!
