Recently whenever I have called the operators have been very helpful. They installed our Brivis heating & cooling through Henley and initially there were a lot of issues but they were rectified after the handover in an orderly manner over many seasons.Responsiveness & Accountability is what lacks in this industry and therefore I feel that this business/team deserves some gratitude!

This is the most appalling and disappointing company I have ever dealt with, due to their negligence and not showing up to the booked appointment we are spending the long weekend without heating in our new home in this freezing weather. They are totally unprofessional and unreliable, avoid dealing with them at any cost.

We build through Henley and Dual Heating and cooling forgot to install actual duct in the living room downstairs and Bedroom 4 upstairs, they guy who commissioned the heating unit after handover did not tell me about that and when I asked him that we are missing the duct work he said he will come back and never responded. I have to chase the company once again and they are not sure about next availability.

Wow same situation as Stuart Tamblyn below. We built through Henley Homes who subbed out the job to these guys. Apparently they sold the unit to Henley and are responsible for the warranty. The ducts have all come apart because the taping has all come off. Talk about shoddy workmanship!Costed us thousands in wasted electricity, getting other techs to diagnose the problem, and now the all my time wasted chasing them to fix this under warranty! First they denied the job was done by them. Then when Henley got in touch with them, they booked a time to come in, but never showed up! I am at wits end with this.

Really hopeless contractors. We paid for 3 zones in our heating system but only installed 2 zones. Very hard to get in touch with email and phone. Very slow in responding. Had this issue for almost two months.

Been waiting for 9 MONTHS for evaporative air conditioner that they installed, to be repaired - the fan makes loud noise when it's on low speed. I have been calling their worker almost every fortnight for an update but the same excuse: it's been so busy and all my jobs are on the west side". When there was an agreed time he was a no show due to an emergency

We had a brivis evaporative cooler installed 2 years ago. Graeme was very helpful and gave us a quote over the phone. He dropped the price to lower than another quote we got from a competitor. Installation went well and we are very happy with all aspects of our purchase. Highly recommend this company.
