Lacool Aircon Equipment

Have built two townhouses in Mount Waverley. The builder had to use LA Cool for the heating and cooling. On day of settlement a technician from LA Cool said the remote cable wasn’t long enough for the Air Conditioning and they would be back to install a longer one. 3 weeks later, I’m still waiting. How hard could this be? The heating also doesn’t work as there is an issue. You need to turn the heating on and off a number of times each morning fr the burner to fire up. I rang and explained the situation. I was told “Sure. Well pop around and investigate’. The next day a guy rocks up, has a look and says “Yeah. Don’t have the tools with me. I’ll be back”. Guess what? Still waiting. I always insist on Brivis and after this fiasco will continue to insist on Brivis. These guys aren’t serious players. They have no customer engagement and don’t understand the concept of customer delight or satisfaction.

Is this company still there? Why is nobody answering the phone??
