Needed a new tyre as kept going flat on my Prado. They didnt have the tyre I needed but the lady said she would put my spare on instead. She wouldn't let me pay for it!!I'll definitely be using Bob Jane Tweed Heads for my tyres in the future.

I was genuinely amazed by the level of service at this centre. I turned up with no notice with a punctured tyre, not only was the service amazing, fast and the woman was so incredibly friendly, but they fixed my tyre for FREE. I didn't think that service this good existed any more! Will definitely be back next time I have car issues.

After a poor experience 8years ago with a new tyre bubble warranty claim, I learnt the manager had since changed so I thought I would give them another go with a full set of wheels and tyres for my new ute. Wow! What a difference, I was greeted by Renee who went through all the wheel offset options for my vehicle and gave me great advice on tyre size. Absolutely flawless experience during fitting, they called me over to check I was happy one wheel and tyre on, before fitting the rest. No scratches on my new wheels, well balance tyres and good pricing. Thanks Renee and team for a great job and taking pride in your work

Popped in to get a puncture fixed. Jeremy the store manager went out of his way to help us and to top it off didn't charge us for the repair. Great service and certainly will be back in the future.
