Places an order they Menulog every time we order here it’s wrong every time …. Ordered 2 ice creams and didn’t receive spent $60 on this place to not receive ice creams now I have the kids screaming

Every time I come here the drive though speak is broken. I wait 5 minutes then drive to the window and the staff don't care. Got home today and they got my orders back to front.Go else where I've been here on and off for a year and nothing changes

Can't go wrong with Zambrero's! Food is good and the staff are friendly and the service is quick. Been coming here for a while and never had any issues.Food is no different to any Zambrero's, its a fast food chain after all, still delicious!

I don't often make reviews but this was a disappointment. Arrived after my order was completed. I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes next to the counter to pick up my phone order. Not a single employee acknowledged me or attempted to ask me the name of my order to let me know if it was on its way. Hopefully better service next time, a simple hello" or "I'll be right with you" would be great.Arrived home to see my burrito was folded in half down the middle and had almost no beef filling. Can't offer more than a 1 star"

After the first online order & pick up was pretty poor, we decided to give it another go last week. Only when the app said our order was ready for pickup and we went inside to grab it, we got told that the guys before us didn't refill the cauliflour

Ordered food using the app, for collection in 1 hour. Arrived to find food had not been started. Ordered it so two kids, wet from swimming weren't getting cold and sick in the car, and we could get home quickly.

I love zambreros and everytime I go there I always get chicken nachos, with sour cream and NONE of the tomato salsas as I am allergic to tomatoes , with aioli and chipotle sauce, with an extra side of chipotle sauce. I went there today for lunch in the drive through and ordered my usual chicken nachos and when I was ordering the girl taking my order seemed quite confused and I explained that I wanted none of the tomato salsas and surprise I opened up my lunch to find it had all of the tomato salsas in it, and hardly no sauce. I paid $15 for this just to get my lunch with everything I didn’t order. The girl taking my order seemed quite rude as well I remember she had arm tattoos and glasses. I won’t be back to wanneroo zambreros. Banksia grove and Joondalup are way better and I actually get the stuff I ordered for. I threw out my lunch as I couldn’t eat it

Got this via Uber eats, they forgot some of my order, wasn’t happy. I had to go and get the rest myself. Food was ok

Had a Power Bowl with chicken. Quite tasty and ample portion. Good value. If you're into Mexican then it's not a bad place, quick friendly service. If eating in, it can get a bit cold but otherwise OK.
