brand new 342 Husqvarna on 30th November 2017, took in for first service on 6th February making grinding sound, less than 4 weeks later a idler pulley burnt out and stuffed the belt. Received an invoice for the parts, remembering its just 3 months old now. sent me an email 5 days after i ordered the parts saying they dont have time organise delivery and parts are there to collect. we live 200kms away. Cant complain about customer service as there is none.
