Harrison Early Childhood Centre

My son has attended Harrison Day care for almost two years. The staff have been excellent in the care they provide and are sympathetic to children's individual needs. Where possible the children go on excursions to the library and other places which my son looks forward to every week. I receive a progress report each term letting me know how my child is developing. I also like the community spirit surrounding the centre with parents friendly to each other and saying hello even if they don't know you. I would recommend Harrison day care to anyone who wants quality care for their child.

Harrison ELC is an amazing centre and we are so happy with the service and care provided to our 2 children. They both really enjoy their time there and are learning so many new things. The Educators clearly love what they do and it shows. Recently my son needed to have 2 weeks off for surgery and I was so taken back by how much the team at Harrison genuinely missed him while he was gone, very touching! Highly recommend the centre :-)

We've had two kids go through Harrison Early Childhood Centre and have been part of their community for seven years. In that time they have helped give our kids the best possible start to life. They've not only given them time and attention, helped them play and learn and kept them safe. They also gave them genuine affection and us willing and welcome support as our kids moved through sometimes challenging milestones.I can say without hesitation that my kids are happier and better adjusted than if HECC had not been in our lives. I'd recommend them to anyone struggling to find a childcare centre for their child.

My daughter has been attending Harrison since earlier this year. I couldn't be happier with the centre and most importantly the Educators. My daughter is a bit of a hesitant starter, once the educators whisk her off she is set for the day and loves it. She has a great day with the other children and the educators take great care of her. To see her at the end of the day farewell her friends and give the educators a cuddle is just priceless. I must also mention that the support given to me and my daughter by Wendy the director has been outstanding. Wendy greets every child by name and my daughter loves to look out for her each morning to say hi. If I need to ask for anything Wendy is spontaneous in her responses.My child has learned so much in the last six months through interacting with other children and adults. She has become increasingly more confident and often comes home with new songs and chats excitedly about her day.

We have been part of the Harrison Early Childhood Centre for 6 years. Staff are extremely friendly, loving and caring. Child wellbeing is always their no 1 focus. Our daughter has been with the Centre from Nursery through to Preschool. During this time she built great relationships with Educators and staff and she formed great friendships.

My daughter has been at the centre since late 2015 and I could not be happier with the care she receives. The educators and Director of the centre have always taken an interest in her well being and happiness, and have kept me informed and updated where necessary. My daughter has a number of medical issues, including allergies, asthma and hay fever, and these have always been dealt with professionally and with great care. My daughter loves attending each day and looks forward to spending time with the educators and other children. Knowing that she is so happy there makes going to work that much easier for my husband and I. Thank you Harrison Early Childhood Centre.

I have had two children attend Harrison ELC with 5 years in between. All of the staff are very caring and considerate and the center is constantly making improvements to assist the children learn and grow. The center is very clean and always maintained well, our son learnt and grew so much while he attended and was fully prepared to start primary school. Our daughter loves going there now and all of the children and carers make it such an enjoyable place to be. Wendy is an amazing director and goes above and beyond to ensure that the children are constantly learning and progressing whilst also having a lot of fun. The meals are cooked onsite and are always fresh and smell delicious, they cater for all dietary needs. It a very warm and loving environment and I know that the children are very cared for and supported, highly recommend the center to everyone.

We have had two children attend the Harrison Early Childhood Center and found the staff to be very caring and lovely. Over the past 4 years we have become part of the extended family and my boys love the staff there. I would recommend this childcare to anyone, especially parents who have kids like mine that are hard to settle and are mummies boys. My boys were able to settle very well in the center with all their needs being met.

We have had our children attending Harrison for over 6 years. In this time we have been very impressed with the service we have received. For the carers that work there looking after our children is more than just a job for them, they look after them as if they were their own, in many ways we think of the staff at childcare centre as an extended family, we've now had our last baby and she will attend Harrison the same as her brothers all have.
