Not only that, Damian went out of his way to ensure that my daughter and other parties were ok before worrying about towing the car. His compassion and care is very commendable. Other tow companies turned up and they were only concerned about the job. Damian went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure that my daughter was ok first. One of Damian’s drivers then picked the car up from a smash repairers and delivered it to our residence. In an instant Ballarat Towing Service (BTS) has made my year AND restored my faith in human kind. Timely. Professional. Honest, and Kind. I am blown away by what just happened. My mother's car had broken down tonight, so I called BTS to organise the tow. Within minutes they were on the scene. Instead of just hooking the car up to the truck Dylan had a look under the bonnet and saw that there was a loose connection with the battery. He fixed it, checked the car was working and sent mum on her way. Dylan then called me to tell me what had happened and when I asked how much this would cost, he said no charge"! I was stunned
