I thought about joining (Nd had a tour) as it's spacious, with lots of equipment, not that busy and with friendly staff, but unfortunately it has a significant smell, like feet. It's a pity because my child does swim classes at the adjacent swimming school and it would have been wonderful to do a 30min workout while that was happening.. Happy to reconsider if the smell is ever addressed as the rate is competitive and it's open 24 hours

I've been working with Nik Simon and he has been a great trainer. He knows the equipment well and has a great understanding of the exercises and makes sure that I know what it's all for as well.

the terrible facility is overpriced, under-staffed, and limited space for stuff, personal trainers take up so much space and are very rude, they spy on you to see what you do. bathroom smell disgusting and the room at the back smells like someone vomited in there. staff can go to places that we can and we pay to go there

Amazing! Facility is brand new, well laid out and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. I was assessed and given a strategy to correct a physical hindrance so I wouldn't hurt myself. Great work, love the philosophy. Keep it up!

As a gym it has most of the facilities and equipments. Honestly most of equipments are well maintained. But not sure why there is always a thick smell in the gym area.

What an amazing facility!! One of the best health clubs i have ever visited.Staff are so helpful and the basketball courts make for the perfect pre-lift warm up.

Had a really genuine, down to earth coach that trained me here. PT Nik accommodated everything around my schedule, goals and lifestyle making training very flexible and convenient. This tailoring process is unmatched.

Was a good gym because of the large open space, although the toilets are pretty filthy and the gym smells pretty bad.Now it's a pretty bad gym since they've converted half the floor space to a gymnastics centre. Trying to push weights with kids jumping around is not great. Don't think I'll come back anymore.
