After relocating from the south coast of NSW I was apprehensive about choosing someone new toservice my vehicles.After reading reviews for Ballina Car care I booked in my vehicle . I was more than happy with the professionalism, cost and found Peter and his staff very helpful and approachable.Since my first visit I have booked in our two other vehicles and on both occasions I received the same great service.Highly recommend Peter and will definitely use his business for all my car needs in the future.

I had my control arms replaced here and immediately after my car started creaking. I was told it was probably a sway bar link issue and was told by elsewhere to go back and check whether it was tightened on properly. Following that, it was tightened and Peter told me that I needed my sway bar link fixed. I called and spoke to him multiple times to follow up on getting a quote and to book it in asap as my steering felt very unsafe and I wanted it fixed. A few months of calling with no returned quote, I decided to go elsewhere and found out that my control arms were loose (even though I went back and watched them 'tighten' them!!), which in turn could have caused a serious accident - they have now been tightened with nothing needing replacing and my car is driving normally and safely again.I'm really disappointed to be writing a bad review as I would prefer to be supporting a smaller business like this one, but when it comes to safety, I feel an obligation to warn any future customers about my experience as I most definitely don't feel safe coming back here in the future.

I've been using Ballina Car Care exclusively for 25 years. I chose them because of the respect I feel as a client. I am curious, I want to know how things run. I loathe being spoken down to or treated as though an issue is too hard to understand. Every single question I ask is answered to my satisfaction and always with respect. The prices are fair, the workshop is orderly, the vibes are always good. Highly recommended!

Only place where we could buy appropriate batteries for our Samsung mobile phones. Not available in Ballina so had to drive to Lismore. Not good having to buy replacement batteries in Lismore as no stockist in Ballina. >100kms round trip goe a replacement battery.
