My first time here, and my last. I had an eyelash tint and an eyebrow wax and tint. Whilst the waxing and the lashes were good. The girl took lots of time making the shape right. But my eyebrow colour is awful. I am pale ginger and now I have big black eyebrows. My main point in consultation was not too dark. Anyway after much scrubbing it was apparent that my eyebrows were staying black! She got the manager who also tried to remove the colour. She told me there was nothing they could do and that it would start to fade after a week or so. They didn’t charge me for the tinting, they did for everything else, but I am unsure how it could go so wrong. Whilst some people like black eyebrows, against my ginger hair I look a comedy. Maybe they will invest in some colour remover so this doesn’t happen again! I have attached pictures for reference, one of before I went into the salon and one after!

I originally went to Ivey Gold on a recommendation from a friend for eyelash extensions. Now I get my eyebrows, spray tans and facial treatments done there. Jasmine is definitely my beauty guru.

It was my first t visit to Ivey Gold. The place is beautifully decorated, clean and very welcoming. I had an extended Brazilian done by Kerry and she was excellent. Very experienced, knowledgeable and gentle. I’ll definitely be going back.
