Living My Way | Disability Support Services Sydney

Poor communication. Steep drop off of service in past few months. In the end, after unanswered emails becoming a regular event....we then decided to swap to a new plan manager. After multiple emails and phone calls to Living My Way with no replies or returned phone calls, we have had to ask the NDIS to step in and help us get out of our contract with Living My Way so we can move to a new plan manager. Enormous amount of stress caused by Living My Way. After all of it there was not one acknowledgment or apology about the awful communication, ignored emails & calls. Prior positive reviews were clearly posted when the company was much better managed. We were stunned at the turnaround this year. Absolutely cannot recommend them.
