Hello everyone, the reviews here have been really bad since the change of management and even I stopped going because the staff were so disorganised and the service just shocking. I went there today to get my hair colour done and came out really happy. Finally there is a new staff member Anju who knows what she is doing, very helpful, lots of experience and well spoken. She knows how important the customers are to her and I came out smiling today. Please ladies if you are disappointed go back and make an appointment with Anju.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but they said 5 minutes and I ended up waiting 20 minutes before having to ask how much longer. I didn’t get a proper response and was told someone else can help me. I’m assuming a friend of one of the employees came in, and she went ahead with them. This isn’t the first time this has happened here which is why I’m leaving the review. Won’t be coming here anymore

Please ladies, if you have an important day/event coming up, DO NOT go to this place. I usually never leave bad reviews. I made a booking in advance as this salon is close to my place.I regret going here so much that I cannot start to explain. I am so upset with the lady’s attitude and how she took off too much from my left eyebrow. It is literally so displeasing to look at. When I pointed out that she took off too much, she replied there is still some left! Not only was the experience more painful than usual, I was in pain with the aggressive threading and I pulled my face away and she did not care to stop and ask.I am NEVER going back to this place. I’d rather go to any event with overgrown brows.

Really good service. Very nice people.. all the staff were very nice. Especially Kavita was excellent with pedicure and Rhubarb did good facial. But manicure was rushed with less perfection

Never on time, even you have an appointment you need to wait for an hour usually. if you book for an appointment before a function you will be stressed out. ok for eyebrow threading but I will never go here for a hair style, staff are not professional. less staff and they book too many appointments. and they take walk in people. so people made appointments need to wait longer. I feel hair styling for wedding is waste of money and time here. never again, I been going for the last 3 years and very closer to where I live. I might only go for eyebrows and threading only from now. This is a my honest review.

If you are looking to get pampered in a clean and sophisticated salon, then this is NOT THE PLACE for you. Mind you the ladies servicing there, have more attitude and care less about the clients waking in. I felt like I walked into an old useless parlor in India. its overly crowded with no cleanliness at all. Infact even in India I have had wonderful experiences in the Salons I have visited in small towns as well. But this place is no where close to any of that!!

I had a facial here at two days ago.The staff were very welcoming. The therapist is Kavita has exceeded my expectation and did really well. Very professional.Worth more than the money I paid.highly recommend to anyone

Have been visiting this place for the last few years and was always happy with their services especially Rhubab and her soothing facial treatment.But to my surprise had a very disappointing experience today during facial .This girl seemed didn’t know what she was doing. Had asked for a fruit facial with microdermabrasion. I had to literally ask her to do certain steps during facial like removing blackheads etc .And she even ended up NOT doing the microdermabrasion .Instead of feeling relaxed I was actually stressed.Hopefully won’t have to go through this experience next time

One of the best parlour in Wentworthville, I've been here multiple times. I am really pleased with the services particularly face wax and eyebrows. I have really sensitive skin and I'm more careful. I met Rubab and she is incredible (she will understand our needs and provide an awesome service). She's a very professional, friendly person. She provided good service to me.. I can recommend anyone for that salon.

I really liked the service, I was satisfied with the work done! I got my haircut done by Rubab and she was very friendly and very professional, overall I genuinely enjoyed the service and was very impressed with the outcome of my hair. I would definitely recommend this place!!
