Didn't tell me the cost and only told me after fixing it. So I had to pay anyway without consulting other mechanics. It was quite high.

I had quite a terrible experience tbh. I called to get my brakes looked at as I’ve been having issues for a little while now. They didn’t ask any further questions despite my issues being quite specific. When they did have my car, mind you they never asked me about the problem, they did some repairs that didn’t even fix my issue in the slightest. Same issue walking out as I had before I got there. Very irritated. Felt like they took advantage of my limited car knowledge because I’m a woman. Screw this place and that older man that works there. Very ignorant.
