Spent over $40,000 on structural timber and poles from Sam, and mostly all of it was firewood. Every length of timber was bowed and all the poles were damaged and split.When I brought this up with Sam he told me to go away.Customer service is terrible.

Wood was wet due to rain but it burnt well when dried out on top of the heater. We are happy with the cost, the delivery and the wood and will use them again.
