Resolve Mining Solutions

I've been with the Resolve team for nearly 6 months. They're a great group of people to be involved with, and there's a great positive atmosphere fostered. I feel quite lucky to be working somewhere that everybody's contributions are appreciated, and that we are challenged, supported and inspired to find innovative solutions to both Resolve and its client's challenges & needs.

I have been with Resolve as an embedded engineer for a year and half since early 2019. I was lucky to meet some of the start-up members of Resolve and get introduced to the team.Our founder Marcus is a truly genuine leader, passionate and inspiring but at the same time down to earth. We are well looked after by the leadership team, be it work flexibility, training program, or career development opportunity, you name it.I find myself benefit most from working in such a dynamic contract/consultant team, is the opportunity of getting to know and learn from high calibre team members with specialised expertise, and the exposure to a variety of mining roles and projects at different sites.Resolve team are all well regarded by our clients. Of all the sites I have been to, I have always heard good things about our team members coming before me. I will be doing my best to carry on their legacy.

I am a mining consultant with Resolve and since starting in July 2020, have absolutely loved being a part of the team.Our founder Marcus and my direct manager, Bart, are just down to earth, good people, and it is awesome to be a part of their vision to help the mining industry advance in the technical engineering space.We really enjoy working with our clients and are always on the lookout for how we can add value or find creative ways to solve their business challenges.I would highly recommend Resolve (even if I wasn’t a biased employee!).

I think the key difference and what I have enjoyed the most, between Resolve and other players in the mining consultant/contractor market is making sure that first and foremost their staff are being engaged in roles that interest them and continue their development, as opposed to be being placed into a role because a client needed someone yesterday.

I have worked for Resolve Mining Solutions for three months as an embedded engineer. This means I am seconded to a mine site to fill a skills shortage that a particular site has. With more flexibility required in operations today, it means they need to find people ready to go to drop into roles. Resolve is flexible to work for and quite a social workspace despite the current COVID19 situation. We have regular team catch ups, discussion pages and the occasional online bingo event to stay in touch. Resolve employees are well-respected engineers with a lot of different areas of expertise and we collaborate to solve problems.
