These are by far the sharpest cuticle nippers, unexpectedly sharp compared to all past ones. On first use, I nearly cut through my finger bone and half of the bathroom wall ... that will re-calibrate your expectations in a hurry. The plastic protector for the tip is a welcomed bonus. I have ruined so many nipper by dropping them and bending the tips. The protector prevents a careless drop from ruining them.

If used as intended..these clippers should maintain their sharp edges as advertised. I never let anyone use any tool(s) on me that have been shared or used on/with another customer. NEVER. Unfailingly, I take these with me when I go and and take them when I leave the nail place.. The young nail tech says they are very sharp and work very good!! I think so too! I even bought her a pair for her own use for Christmas!

I use this product to cut the cuticles when doing a manicure and pedicure. I did this yesterday and the results with this product were excellent. It is very sharp so take care when using it I gave it a -Star rating.

I recently started working at a nail salon and ordered of these nippers for my station. One came with a little bend in the blade so it doesn't work very well but the other works great. Good quality and shipping was fast. Would reorder again.
