Had to recently replace my glasses and choose this store. Did not realise that they are open 7 days a week and offer a late night service. The staff were very professional and the cost of the glasses was much lower than I expected. Very happy with the whole experience.

I did a few times eye tests in OPSM and I am satisfied with the service. This year I did SMILE surgery in Malaysia and went to OPSM to do my check ups after one month and three months. Optometrist Vyasa has been very patient to check the requirement from my surgeon and filled up the form.

Can’t recommend OPSM Kings Meadows enough, the service from making the appointment right through to the arranged follow ups was exceptional! Both myself and my daughter were seen on the day by Jessica, she was thorough and very knowledgeable and is great with children! Thanks to the Team!

Staff at OPSM Kingsmeadow were fantastic, I was seen as soon as I arrived (I am holidaying in a campervan and drove 1.5 hours for my appointment). I had a small grass seed in my eye which I couldn't get out by myself even after five days of trying. Grass seed was removed within minutes, thanks to the professional staff. We have been going to OPSM Kingsmeadows for quit a number of years now. Service is second to none. Staff are amazing, always so friendly and helpful and a real pleasure to deal with.OPSM Kings meadows would have to be the most professional, friendly business in Launceston.Special mention to the girls on reception.
