Urangan Smash Repairs

Had an insurance claim through these guys. Work seems it be carried out well and pretty quickly.

I got a quote from Urangan Smash Repairs 5 weeks prior to the fix of the car. Originally they had said a week and the repair would be easy. The Friday before I was booked in they called me and explained if I was coming in they would have to order the parts. It was the day before the long weekend Easter holiday. The following Tuesday when I dropped my car off they said a week and a half. When I called they said to me it would be ready mid week. Later in the week, I called again to check and they said 2 weeks. I’ve just spent my entire holidays waiting for a weeks fix to be completed in 2!! They are not organised and they have no consideration that I have to get back to Brisbane for work and rude on the phone. I would suggest you consider a different repairer because they are not reliable and take too long... STILL waiting for my car!

Always totally honest and very good.They do excellent spray and repair work, BUT do not understand paint correction (so it seems) and gave me truly bad advice about who to go to, to replace vinyl stripes. They should know cars better than they know their wives. That is what you do when you expertise in something.
