The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They refused me a return after several requests only because they said they’ve ‘REACHED THE LIMIT FOR REFUNDS’ this is ridiculous as there no such thing like this where a store can refuse you refund. Other customers had the same issue where they clearly refused a refund and wanted us to take credit note. This is extremely against the consumer law as my receipt mentioned that I can refund in 14 days of purchase.JUST DO NOT GO TO FOREVER NEW MERRYLANDS, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE.

Unfriendly staff, never greet or ask for assistance. No refund policy, credit notes only acceptable to that store. Sizes are bad. Staff are not aware of new payments methods such as apple pay, apple watch. Despite young staff members, they always want to see a card for exchange eventhough the payment was done with apple pay but same card. No alternative choices that exchange or credit notes. Quality also not as great as they used to be. Needs improvement.

What experience no customer service was there a sales assistant in the store or it is self serve location? .I tried on three items and no one even said boo needed a different size but no one there to assist.i have always been a forever new customer but won't be shopping there when I am spending money expect customer service .
