I've been attending Pilates here for a while, I keep going because it's keeping me moving. After an injury with a long recovery time, the small class sizes allow the physio to focus on individual needs. I occasionally manage a clinical Pilates session when the machines come out and we find muscles we didn't know existed.Naturally, when I tore a quad recently, Lara physio were there to make sure I recovered properly.
