Highly Recommend, totally satisfying experience dealing with ‘The Funeral Flower Shop’. Absolutely Beautiful flower arrangement for mum’s casket and all the family thought so too. We wanted particularly yellow roses with blue Iris combination as traditional colours of Ukraine. I was concerned about going online, not being able to check out personally, but was relieved when speaking with John. He genuinely cared, was helpful, reassuring and appreciated the business, especially at these trying times. The Flowers were cheaper for exact same as going through funeral home arrangements. They delivered to the Church on time, very happy with the lovely flower arrangement which was comforting on the day. Friendly excellent service and communication, would definitely use again, Thank you so much.

I had to make this very special purchase from Canada. I only saw the image of the flowers I chose on the shop website. When I saw the actual funeral photo, that was sent to me, I was so impressed with the lush beauty of the rose spray. It was even more spectacular than on the webpage. I must also commend the shop for the excellent service and prompt response to my concerns regarding delivery. Everything was carried out exactly as I requested.

When my mother’s coffin arrived without the coffin top flowers we were devastated. A call to the florist was answered by John, apparently there was a hitch with the online order, but he didn’t go into details instead assured us he’d have the flowers delivered before the service this was 30 minutes to start. The flowers arrived on time as promised.The flowers were beautiful and got a lot of comments on the size, colour and freshness of the red roses.Such outstanding service and product quality are hard to find. I cannot thank John enough for solving the problem.

It was a rather urgent situation and John provided exceptional service for us. He was very thorough on the phone, personally delivered the ribbons to my area (Under our request) and put it back on the wreaths the next day.I didn't get to see John in person but from the conversation we've had, I could tell he cared about meeting our needs and tried to help as much as possible. The wreaths turned out great and gave us a proper closure for our loved one. Highly recommend the quality and service.
