Ridiculous waiting time. I had to wait almost an hour, even though there were only a handful of people in the waiting room.

Absolutely disgusting facilities - chairs have hair and stains all over them, toilet had no soap or hand sanitiser and the toilet brush was FOUL. The floors were filthy, brochures and pamphlets everywhere it was a total mess. Go anywhere but here.

This place is ridiculous for waiting time, I don’t understand how it takes 45min to do 1 person.I’ve been here a couple of times with only 1 person in front of me with both times 1 hour waiting time patient leaves and then it’s another 30 mins before she calls the next number.Never busy just extremely slow!

After having been messed around from another clinic nearby I turned up here and was greeted by a lovely lady who was really kind to me, reassured me of the glucose test i was having done. As this test goes for 2 hours she asked how i was feeling throughout and made the process a lot nicer than it could have been.
