Initially asked Jim to quote on 3 split systems, but he advised we should upgrade the power board to support the new systems as it would likely overload on current appliances in our home. We really appreciated this advice and the safety approach to his service. David (Electrical) performed the upgrade and his communication and service was first class keeping us informed through the various stages. Once complete, Jim and his team installed 3 x split systems in one day, which was awesome service and the quote was competitive in the market. Highly recommend.

I've been using Value Air & Electrical for many years. Dave and Jim give brilliant service, quality workmanship and at good rates. Recently Dave did the electrical for our new kitchen, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the job, he was so helpful and went the extra mile to work in with the cabinet makers and provide the best solutions. I highly recommend Value Air for all electrical and air conditioning needs.

Great experience with Dave. He was very consultative after scoping out the work, provided me with different options at different price levels and advised me of the pros and cons of each option. The work he did was fantastic, super happy with the result, and even shaved some of the price off the final invoice when the work turned out to be slightly less than originally predicted. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We had Jim and his team install 4 x AC split systems in the house we had recently purchased. We got quotes from a couple of different companies and Value Air & Electrical were the cheapest, but also seemed the most knowledgeable about what they were doing. Jim inspired a lot of confidence when he came to do the initial quote and we could tell straight away he was a very competent and honest operator. Would highly recommend Jim and the team to anyone!

They installed ceiling fans and ran some cables for me.They provided great value for money, the electricians were prompt and efficient.David was helpful in choosing the right type of fans, and provided a comprehensive run down during the quoting process.Will use again.

Value Air and Electrical were prompt, responsive, professional, approachable and great value for money. I was very impressed with the wonderful informative communication throughout the whole process. An added bonus was they cleaned up after installing a new air conditioning unit and compressor. They are family owned and operated., which is very easy and convenient for the buyer.
