i would leave no star if i could , walk in to my daughter work, the tech did a level 2 on the hose reel , obviously just tag it as there was at least 6 month dust on the hose reel, As the shop full of fabric the hose reel would be the first thing i be grabbing to fight a fire, it be nice to know if it had water to it or it can be unwind or will it jam due to expansion as they have wind the hose back in place whilst charge
