Simply unbelievable! I would give 10 stars out of 5 if it were possible. The absolute best food in town, warm and friendly service, great value for money, it’s the stuff of legend. Can’t praise up the staff and owner enough.

The crispy pork banh mi was delicious - they gently toast the roll and really load it up to the max. Authentic? Not sure. No pate. Lots of iceberg lettuce. But made with love and really good!

Amazing people and amazing food! One of the best places in Ballarat to quickly grab some beautifully crafted food. The Tofu Banh Mi is to die for and is easily made vegan by asking for no mayo.

Very reasonably priced and certainly a loaded Banh Mi. The baguette didn’t have any staleness to it and was fantastic. Pork was amazing and flavoursome. Customer service was polite and friendly and overall the shop looked clean, tidy and well presented.

The Bahn Mi from here is absolutely amazing! So are the rice paper rolls, they're so much bigger and jam packed than other places and cheaper! The ladies who work here are so kind and generous. Love HM!
