Ordered on Uber eats said it would take 30 minutes to get done 2 hours later and it still isn’t here and haven’t had an update at all

Declined order via Uber Eats, and did not respond to order via Menulog. Not sure what their damage is. Guess they don't need the business! Would give zero stars if that was possible, but it is not.

Ordered for the first time at this place on ubereats, have waited almost 2 hours just for a kebab and HSP. It said it’s meant to be arriving now but NO update on my order yet and they aren’t answering the phone. Hopefully it arrives soon.

placed an order on uber eats… will never do again. order took well longer then the ETA. called store 3 times and was greeted by an arrogant, careless, young lady, who then hung up on me twice. do not order from here.. spending money elsewhere!

Don't know how you take nearly 2 hours on a delivery everytime. Fair enough if every employee you have is either disabled or inbred but you should have that displayed. You fail hard on delivery on a time where delivery is the only method majority of people have. It gives me cancer trying to comprehend what goes through your mind

Just ordered from here for the first time and what a waste of money.. Had to wait 1hr for delivery via Menulog. The kebabs were cold and very oily... here we are trying to support local and was very disappointed

This business is run by rude arrogant people, waited 2 hours for an order to arrive, called the store and was told shut up we don't care" and my order never arrived. You people are pathetic

Normally ordered through menulog with this restaurant, has always been great. Ordered a burger recently from Backyard Burgers in which the order came an hour and a half late - the delay blamed on roadworks which I wasn't willing to accept. Tonight, ordered my usual HSP, just had to call the restaurant as its half hour late, found out Backyard Burgers and Jones Kebabs are the same - got told my order will still be another half hour. The delay blamed on my area - I live 20 mins from the restaurant. Number of times previously the order has been spot on with delivery times. If I live 20 mins away, an hour and a half delay isn't acceptable. Ill be placing the same review on Backyard Burgers too.
