Went for a simple trim. I asked the Asian lady hairdresser at the time to take only an inch off my hair as I am trying to grow it out and to layer my side fringe ONLY. I even made gestures and showed her how much of my hair I want trimmed. My hair originally was long almost touching my hips now my hair is just touching my shoulders. The Asian hairdresser took around 9 INCHES OFF my hair. She then continued to butcher my hair adding layers into it on the back which I did not request. My hair was cut so rough that I had strands of hair in all different lengths that were so uneven it made me cry. Had to come home and trim my hair to make it look somewhat even again. I will never return again. Currently in the process of purchasing a hat because my hair struggles to grow and takes years to even grow 2 inches. Thankyou Just Cuts for ruining my hair. Please stay away if you see Asian women cutting hair at Just Cuts especially if you care about your hair.

I've been coming to see Nikki for a year or two now and I trust her completely with my hair. I appreciate that she is happy to answer my (sometimes silly) questions about my hair as well.

Staff were friendlyI have a great hairdresser but was going out and wanted my hair blow waved straight, so decided to try just cuts A basic skill how hard can it be? What could go wrong?Well, the technician that blow waved my hair straight did not seem to know how to use the brush, repeatedly tangling my hair - I can do that myself which is why I pay a professional NOT to!When she had finished step one with the blow dryer and brush my hair was frizzy like it had dried naturally and was then brushed.When she used the iron, she held the iron still in random places in my hair for up to 7 seconds commenting on how curly my hair was at the roots.Now, my hair is long and fine and EVERY other stylist comments on how easy it is to style.When I left, my hair was sleek and straight, however within 90 minutes it looked like it did at the end of step one above - frizzy. There was no rain or moisture anywhere near my hair.When my hair is blow dried straight it usually lasts 5-7 days when not exposed to moistureWhat an absolute waste of moneyif I could be bothered, justify the price of fuel, or not care if my hair is damaged I would be going back for a redo.Wish I could add pictures!One of my hair after a week when done by someone who knows what they are doing and the other after 90 minutes!

A few months ago I had gotten a great haircut, but after a few days I noticed that one side was thicker then the other. And sure this haircut involes layers but I would still think that it should've been more even. Though around a week ago I came back to get a trim as it was getting too long. Yet once I had gone home, after my hair had dampined I realised that it looked more like a bob cut and way more had been chopped off then what I had wanted. This I found upsetting since I honestly care a lot about my hair. And also because it from looking great! To just disappointing and reeking of insecurity.What upsets me even more is that I had to pay 56 dollars for this disappointment.

I took my mum and myself to have a haircut. Lin and Tina did a great job to our hair. Highly recommend the hairdressers and would be back again.

Staff were friendly and the price was reasonable compared to most places. I did leave with cuts on my neck and ears from the close shave trimmers. So good for adults who don't mind a little cut, but maybe not kids.

Hair was way overgrown. Popped in just before close and they were more than happy to fit me in. Haircut was too notch and great value. I'll definitely be back.
